As the use of DCS in Singapore is thus far unprecedented, it was important that we have the most suitable person to take the lead in assisting us to break DCS into the field of construction in Singapore.

On 1 September, Mr. Burak Dincel engaged a group of PEs in an introductory seminar on the benefits of using DCS in construction endeavours.

Owing to the fact that the unique patented design of DCS forms could omit the use of some structural elements that are traditionally used in wall or column construction, we would be faced with a mountain of challenging questions. Fortunately for us, Mr. Burak took the lead in presenting the more technical aspects of DCS to the PEs in IES.
